I am living in Greater Noida and in 2005 i purchased a plot of 100 sq metre from a dealer. Now i have come to know that this is a fake registry and he is not returing my money.

I called him so many times but every time he has not given a suitable response, now i am suffering some financial troubles and i want my money back from this cheater.

I had gone to Crossings's office yesterday near Shipra mall for my Allotement Letter but the office was shut down due to some problem.

Reputated Builder can't shut their office like this. Somebody was saying that reason was Sales Tax Department. But i don't think so.

I am Planning to Buy a Flat in Greater Noida in Vrinda society,Sector Phi 4. I am not much aware about Greater noida so I just want to Confirm about the reputation of Builder, future prospect of vrinda city and what should be the current Market rate.

I have just been informed by a friend of mine that construction work has been stopped at Greater Noida, following some dispute between farmers and Greater Noida Authorities.

Will someone enlighten me as to why should a third party namely builders be affected by dispute between farmers and authorities.

I have a flat in Purvanchal - Silver City 1, Sector 93, Noida, and wanted to know as to whether anyone has taken possesion.

They have not sent the possesion letter so far to me so far, and it seems that work is still going on in their site.
