Is There Penalty For Registering Express View Apartment Sector-93 After June 30, 2005?

I heard that the registration last date for "MIG flats under Express View Apartment Sector-93 Scheme Code No. 2004-2005" is JUNE 30,2005.
  • After that ,there will be a penalty of Rs. 50/- per day.
Is this true ?? sombody, please confirm !!!

asper advertisment in the news paper last date is June 30th.
the flats are nowhere near completeion(new blocs).
people at the authority office also have no comments.

cost of the flat remain tentative.
