There is difference in the number and area of flats mentioned in their broucher and the advertisement in the www.noidaauthrityonline. Broucher says the number of flat for MIG and HIG are 500 and 200. Website says 200 and 500. This is opposite to their broucher. Similarly, the area of flat for MIG and HIG are 112 and 160 sq meter in their broucher but website says 84 and 125 sq meter. I am confused. Does anybody has the correct information? Thanks in advance!

Is it worth applying for the Noida Flats from an investment perspective? Can we sell on allotment or do we have to wait till possession?

it is just shit. it will take years and years to go to sec 99, 100 and 135..do u want to live alone with UP criminals, big rats, animals and without any hospital, police station near that area? I think I am not that brave person to apply and live in this shit area

EWS scheme is launched by Greater Noida Authority
Form cost 100/-
last date 30.12.2006
registration amount 25000/-

Condition Family income less that 75000/- per anum.....
certified by gazatted officer

Other scehme is launched by Noida Authority
Form cost 750/-
last date 27.1.2006
Possession after 3 years

It has varios flats
EWS - 7.84 lacs - Reg amount - 85,000/-
LIG - 13.31 Lacs - Reg amount - 1,40,000/-
MIG - 21.65 Lacs - Reg amount - 2,25,000/-
HIG - 38.81 lacs - Reg amount - 3,90,000/-

When is the draw.
Which sector will house which flat HIG, MIG, LIG.
How much time to make payment if successful in draw.
What is the land rate in nearby sectors

Is there any soft copy of broucher available ...

This scheme is for EWS of society, Who earn less then Rs 75000.

This is not just for EWS. I have bought a form for this sceme. Nowhere it is mentioned it is for EWS!
The cost of flats range from 7.84 lakhs to 38.81 Lakhs (excluding registration).
Will EWS purchase flats purchase flats worth 40+ lakhs?? I don't think so.
Pls share if you other information on this.

Abey Dhakkan! EWS is the one by Greater Noida authority. Rs 750 form which you bought is for Noida Expressway flats. Yahan gand machane se pehle poora dhyan se padha karo.
