If you believe that the position of your room in your house can change your fortune, Pragati Maidan is the right place to be in to seek some advice. At the five-day Nakshatra Fair that started on Thursday, vaastu experts along with palmists, astrologers, reiki healers and tarot readers are promising to brighten the future of `believers'.
The bulk of visitors at the fair comprised the older generation and a few young ones pulled in by their parents. Questions range from health problems to business prospects to the results of the Board examinations.  A tarot card reader at the fair on Friday For Rs 200, one can ask three pertinent questions from one of the tarot card readers. While another astrologer is ready to spend as much time as you want for Rs 250. Many offer to teach reiki and vaastu. The horde of future readers claim to predict the upcoming events and provide remedial measures. One of the astrologer's advertisement screamed that prominent personalities like Pramod Mahajan and Suniel Dutt who had not paid heed to his predictions fell prey to their own destinies. Many like Rajiv Dubey and family visit the fair just for fun to see how people get fooled. ``It's just a way of minting money by playing on people's belief, fear and curiosity,'' he said.
