Hi,

I booked a flat in Shipra Neo. I was told that the possession is in July 2009 but seeing the current construction progress, I see no way of getting it in another 2 years.

Does anyone have any idea about it?

Also, is it possible to backout from the booked flat?

Any kind of suggestion will be very helpful.

I have booked a flat in Shipra Neo. Shipra has given me a time of possession of Oct 2010. But, looking into the progress in the construction and the comments from various people, it seems that I too is expecting truble soon. I have been sent a mail in which the completion of project is given as Dec 2009 and shipra has rescheduled the payment plan(As i have taken a construction linked plan). I am planning to pay a visit to Shipra by 4th July 2009. PLease let me know if anyone can join me over there.
