I have been watching Omaxe Grandwoods in Sec-93B, Noida for a while and it seems that a. There is almost no development ongoing b. The possession is delayed by a year and half. I have a 3 bedroom flat and its price is going down like anything. Is anyone aware of the problems with this project ? Please discuss. Thanks, Sanjeev
