I am an NRI from U.K. and own an HIG flat in sector 99. The main question is, are these flats 100% ready, ready for possession and what is to be done next? Is this a good location, safe and habitable immediately?

I would really appreciate if you can help guide me.

I called N. Authority several times and the only thing they could tell me was that these flats were ready and possession was to be given soon. Nothing on when and what to do next! As I have no one in Delhi who could assist me, I am at a standstill and at the mercy of any/all info I can get on this subject.

Appreciate your help or if you direct me to someone who could give me more details on this subject.
