Is OSB Builder A Fraud Company?

Hi,

I have never seen such a fraud real estate group like OSB builders in my life, and they call themselves 9001 certified !

I invested in their Jaipur project for a plot in 2007 and their marketing manager promised me the possession for the same in 18 months. Now it has been almost three years and there is no development on the site.

When we asked four money back they threatened us for cutting a huge amount from our deposits (10% of total cost value + brokerage to dealer).

They do not have any fear of court of law, and asked us to file a suit. They have even closed their Bombay and Delhi offices and soon they will be out of the scene.

I am writing about our experience to alert all those who are considering investing in the OSB group. Please please do not waste your hard earned money the way we did. We all sufferers are planning to take some help from media and Rajasthan court.

OSB Group Statement:

The complaint posted on this website seems to be the handiwork of some competitor/ disgruntled person because it is totally devoid of facts. The project under reference is a township project and any project of this magnitude takes 5 to 7 years to develop even by renowned builders and not 18 months, however we would deliver it much before this time period. When this project was launched it was not within the Jaipur Development Authority jurisdiction, the area was included in Jaipur at a later date by Govt of Rajasthan. Ours being an approved project of JDA would give much better appreciation to our clients in future who have been regularly informed of the developments from time to time by the company. The project is coming up for delivery shortly.

The complainant should approach the company if he has any grievances and should post comments on website with name if his grievances are not addressed by us.
